<2000 is an exceptional vintage. It is the richest and rarest of all Tokaji wines. Behind the beauty of this Eszencia lies a powerful golden goddess, whose soul and magic are contained in the orange blossom honey nectar. Tokaji Eszencia comes from an extremely slow fermentation due to its enormous sugar content (500-900g/l). This cancels out the rise in alcohol.
