<Originally from Burgundy, Pinot Noir is considered to be the noblest of the red grape varieties. In the Valais, it has found magnificent terroirs that allow it to reveal all its qualitative potential.
A combination of fruity notes, a dash of minerality and a noble structure, it will delight the most demanding tasters.

Traditional vinification in vats

Red colour typical of the grape variety.
Nose of quince and liquorice.
Round and harmonious on the palate with supple tannins and a lacy finish.
Serving temperature: 13-15°C.
