Originally from Burgundy, Pinot Noir is considered to be the noblest of the red grape varieties. In the Valais, it has found magnificent terroirs that allow it to reveal all its qualitative potential.
A combination of fruity notes, a dash of minerality and a noble structure, it will delight the most demanding tasters.

Traditional vinification in vats

<Deep red colour with ruby highlights.
Nose of raspberry, red and black fruit.
On the palate, the tannins are supple but very present, with a raspberry finish.
Serving temperature: 12-17°C.
