Petite Arvine is thought to have originated in the Val d’Aosta, where it left towards the end of the Middle Ages to settle on the sunny slopes of the Valais. Today, it is found only in this canton, where it has become one of the symbols of the wine industry. Delicate to grow, it produces an elegant wine with a salty finish. Grown on the Chamoson alluvial fan, this Petite Arvine comes from twenty-year-old vines with a yield limited to 700 g/m2.

Slow, gentle pressing, a single low-temperature fermentation and six months’ ageing in vats ensure maximum fullness and roundness while retaining the finesse and freshness of the aromas.
Yellow shaded with apple green.
The racy bouquet is characterised by notes of blackcurrant flowers, grapefruit and rhubarb.
The delicate, complex structure ends with a saline finish characteristic of the grape variety.
A perfect accompaniment to a seafood platter, sweetbreads or cheese dishes, Petite Arvine pairs well with warm foie gras. Not forgetting the aperitif, where it expresses its full potential.
