Renaissance Privilège Merlot

Merlot, the world-famous red grape variety, is thought to have arrived in Valais from the vineyards of Bordeaux. Here, it has found a warm, dry climate ideal for developing its aromas and powerful structure.

Traditional vinification in vats and also in wooden casks

Bordeaux red colour.
Nose with ivy and leather aromas, supported by black fruit notes.
Full-bodied and generous on the palate.
Serving temperature: 12-16°C.

A wine for laying down it accompanies all red meats, game and strong cheeses.
