Slow, gentle pressing, an initial low-temperature fermentation and several months’ ageing in vats during which malolactic fermentation takes place ensure maximum fullness and roundness while retaining finesse and freshness of aromas.

Notes of lemon, dried fruit and plum. A rich, virile wine with a lovely dense, complex structure and lovely discreet acidity.
Heïda accompanies fish, seafood, mountain cheeses but also traditional Valais dishes such as raclette and Valais plates.
