Renaissance Barry Gamay

<Originally from the Beaujolais region, Gamay has thrived in the Valais since the 19th century, where it has found a perfect home.
Here it finds granite soils, conducive to the development of its typical characteristics.

Traditional vinification in vats

Raspberry red colour.
Nose of fruit, accompanied by a fine note of leather.
On the palate, the aromas of wild berries are round and pleasant, supported by supple, mellow tannins.
Serving temperature: 13-15°C.

Ideal as an aperitif, it will also accompany your poultry, grilled meats or Valais dishes.
It will also surprise you by accompanying your fondues and raclettes!
