Raised from low-yielding vines selected from the best slopes of central Valais, this blend is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cornalin, Merlot and Syrah.
A meticulously controlled maceration for 25 days, followed by 18 months’ ageing in mostly new barrels, the origins of which have been selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety.
Intense red with purplish-black and purple highlights.
A broad bouquet characterised by notes of tobacco, fresh leather, black fruit, liquorice with hints of spice and roasting.
There are aromas of black berries, subtle notes of spice and roasted oak, supported by firm tannins. Fresh and harmonious finish.
This Constellation is the perfect accompaniment to grilled poultry, red meats and cheese platters.
