From low-yielding vines, selected from the best slopes of the central Valais. A blend of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Meticulously controlled maceration for 25 days, then ageing for 18 months, mostly in new barrels whose origins have been selected according to the specific characteristics of each grape variety.
Serving temperature: 12-15°.
A ruby red colour with garnet highlights. An ample bouquet characterised by notes of redcurrant, ripe plum and fig, which evolves into notes of leather, tobacco, coffee and undergrowth. The palate is balanced and elegant, with a fine structure wrapped in velvety, enveloping tannins, Lingering finish with a very
freshness.
Ageing potential: 5 to 15 years.
