CPJ Château Lafite Rothschild 2011 75 cl

The fruit of an exceptional terroir, Château Lafite-Rothschild is a mythical wine often considered the grail of Pauillac and even the very first wine! Its 2011 vintage is marked by Cabernet Sauvignon, which dominates 80% of the blend and is complemented by Merlot at 20%.

It has a deep, intense purple colour. It reveals a dense nose marked by aromas of red and black fruits, boxwood and supported by spicy notes. Château Lafite-Rothschild 2011 develops a very dense palate with a relatively complex finish. The immensely dense tannic structure gives the wine a solid feel that is enhanced by so much ripe blackcurrant and berry fruit. The finish is very long and complex.
