A blessed, dream year! 2015 is an excellent vintage at Angelus. Excellent for the subtle balance between power and refinement: intense aromas of ripe, crunchy fruit, a suave, straightforward attack, tight, velvety tannins and great purity. We find the charm of a solar vintage, with a touch of flamboyant classicism, baroque one might say, in harmony with the elegance and breed provided by the freshness and tension of the persistent finish. Cellaring potential: 2040 – 2050.
