Lallier Blanc de Noirs is a composition by the Cellar Master based around two legendary Pinot Noir Grand Cru terroirs. It is grown from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Aÿ, the only Grand Cru in the Marne Valley offering a soft, fresh Pinot Noir, and from the hilly region of Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims which gives the blend an intense character. Harvesting perfectly orchestrated to guarantee perfect ripeness for the grapes used.

This Champagne from maison Lallier offer an intense Gold colour, with a complex, harmonious nose of delicate fruit. On the palate the aromatic notes are dominated by slightly candied ripe fruit, supported by a hint of pastry. A rich, intense opening with spicy aromas.
