Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in central Valais, the first cuvée of this traditional vintage method was made with grapes harvested in 2014.

Vinification

Harvested in conditions that guarantee powerful structure as well as beautiful ripeness. Slow, gentle pressing and slow fermentation in closed tanks give this Brut rosé all its delicacy.

Salmon-coloured with purple highlights.

Foam

Fine bubbles rising in regular, persistent strings.

Nose

Intense, harmonious bouquet of ripe fruit to which floral notes are added.

Mouth

Aligning elegance and vivacity, this brut will fill your taste buds with delicate, fine sensations, like the bubbles rising in your glass.

Gastronomic pairings

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine can also be enjoyed with shellfish or grilled white meats. Serving temperature: 8-10°.
