Made exclusively with Chardonnay grown in Valais.


Harvested in conditions that guarantee powerful structure as well as beautiful ripeness, the Chardonnay bunches are laid down without crushing or destemming. Slow, gentle pressing and slow fermentation in closed tanks give this Brut de Brut all its delicacy.


Light yellow, tinged with green.


Fine bubbles that rise in regular, persistent strings.


The subtle bouquet is characterised by notes of plum and white flowers to which is added a touch of toasted almond.
