Harvested in conditions that guarantee powerful structure as well as beautiful ripeness, the Chardonnay bunches are laid down without crushing or destemming. Château Constellation provides them with a slow, gentle pressing and slow fermentation in closed tanks give this Brut de Brut all its delicacy.

This Brut de Brut has a light yellow colour, tinged with green. The bubbles are fine and rise in regular, persistent cords.

The subtle bouquet is a delight to the eye.

The subtle bouquet is characterised by notes of plum and white flowers to which is added a touch of toasted almond.

This is a lively and elegant sparkling wine, the Brut de Brut proves pleasant and balanced.
